Terms & Conditions of Bookings
<p>Every customer who accesses our services must comply with the terms and conditions outlined:</p>
<ul>
<li>Every consumer is needed to produce original identity evidence (voter card, PAN card, driver's license, or Aadhar card) throughout the booking process to confirm authentic identity.</li>
<li>We strongly advise customers to reserve with us at least two weeks in advance to avoid room shortages during peak seasons.</li>
<li>After completing a particular booking process, the customer is asked to make an advance payment to confirm the booking status and ensure subsequent formalities.</li>
<li>In the event of a any cancellation, we will levy compensation charges as per cancellation policy. </li>
<li>The cancellation request must be in writing and addressed to our website.</li>
<li>The standard check-in and check-out time is 12 noon. If the customer fails to check out before 12 pm, s/he will be liable to pay the full amount for an additional day.</li>
